How the Crystal-Primogem economy works

Primogems are the soft currency you earn for free through Archon Quests, exploration, daily commissions and events. Genesis Crystals are bought with real money and convert to Primogems 1:1, but they sit alongside each other in the economy with one important difference: premium character outfits and certain shop bundles can only be purchased for Crystals. The first-purchase x2 bonus applies once per denomination — buy the "300 + 30" pack and you receive 600 Crystals plus the 30 Primogems on top. The bonus refreshes after each anniversary across the standard packs.

Welkin Moon: the daily-allowance subscription

Blessing of the Welkin Moon is a single 30-day subscription that grants 300 Genesis Crystals immediately and then delivers a daily Primogem allowance of 90 to the in-game mail for thirty days. That works out to 2,700 Primogems per cycle plus the one-off Crystal payout for outfits or the Gnostic Hymn. The 30-, 90- or 180-day options on the storefront are not separate SKUs: 90 days means three concurrent activations and 180 means six, all stacking onto the same account. The only condition is logging in each day to claim the mail — missed days do not roll over.

Wishes, pity and Capturing Radiance

Wishes are pulled with Intertwined Fates on the limited character and weapon banners and Acquaint Fates on the standard banner. Hard pity for a 5-star hits at pull 90, and the limited character banners have always run on a 50/50 — the first 5-star is split between the featured character and one of the standard pool. Since Version 5.0 the game also runs Capturing Radiance: when the 50/50 is lost on a character event banner, there is roughly a 10% chance the featured 5-star drops anyway. The effective rate of pulling the limited character on the first 5-star moves up to about 55%. Capturing Radiance does not apply on the weapon banner — that one keeps Epitomized Path and its own Fate Points counter.

Battle Pass, Original Resin and farming materials

The Sojourner's Battle Pass runs for the length of one version (around 42 days) and combines free and premium tracks. The paid Gnostic Hymn upgrade unlocks the premium reward line — Hero's Wit for character levelling, Primogems and Intertwined Fate fragments — while the Gnostic Chorus add-on stacks ten extra levels on top. Original Resin caps daily domain and boss runs and refills with Primogems up to six times per day on a rising cost curve, after which you wait for the daily reset. Fragile Resin from events and Adventure Rank rewards is separate and does not count toward that cap. Paimon's Bargains also lets you spend Crystals on Mystic Enhancement Ore for weapon levelling and rotating bundles when a build needs a final push.

Versions, reruns and what 2026 looks like

The live version is 6.5 "Luna VI", with Version 6.6 (Luna VII) launching on 20 May 2026. Snezhnaya proper opens up in Version 7.0 on 12 August 2026, capping the Seven Archons arc. Chronal Nexus: the separate Miliastra Wonderland currency

Chronal Nexus (RU: Гранулы Времени) is the premium currency for Miliastra Wonderland, the UGC sandbox mode that launched in Version 6.1. It is spent inside the mode on outfits, emotes and Arcane Keystones, which feed a separate gacha called Event Ode banners. Two facts to keep in mind: Chronal Nexus does not convert into Primogems, and the first-purchase x2 bonus does not apply to it — only Genesis Crystals get that doubling. The 60/300/980/1980/3280/6480 ladder is identical to Crystals because HoYoverse standardises pricing tiers, not because one is a regional version of the other. If you wish on the live banners, you need Genesis Crystals; if you collect Wonderland content, you need Chronal Nexus.
