Buy Honkai Impact 3rd B-Chips and Crystals (Asia): Battle Pass, Focused Supply and the Monthly Card
Honkai Impact 3rd is HoYoverse's longest-running live game, launched in China on 14 October 2016 and effectively the foundation of the entire Honkai universe. Honkai: Star Rail grew directly out of its lore, and Genshin Impact was originally drafted as "Honkai 4th" before being spun off. As of May 2026 the live build is Version 8.8 "Project Sea of Data: Thesis Crisis", the Mars-set Part 2 arc keeps expanding, and the Asia server is where most Russian-speaking players land by community convention ā HI3 has no official Russian interface on any region. The premium currency is B-Chips, the summon currency is Crystals, and the 30-day Monthly Crystal Card sits alongside them as a separate subscription product.
- B-Chips ā paid only: Battle Pass, Crystal bundles, Battlesuit outfits
- Crystals ā Focused Supply pulls (280 Crystals = 1 pull) and Stamina refills
- Monthly Crystal Card ā 330 Crystals on activation, 60 daily, plus a 500-Crystal milestone on day 15
- First-time x2 bonus on every B-Chips denomination, applied by HoYoverse itself
- UID-based delivery to the Asia server, no account login needed
HI3 is the foundation of HoYoverse, not Genshin's little sibling
HI3 often ends up in the same shelf as Genshin Impact and Star Rail as "another miHoYo gacha", but the chronology runs the other way. HI3 came out in 2016, Genshin in 2020, and Star Rail in 2023. The first Honkai war, the Valkyries-and-Herrschers concept, the Flame-Chasers cast, the Imaginary Tree ā all of it was first built in HI3 and later reused or adapted in newer titles. For players who came into HoYoverse through Genshin or Star Rail, HI3 reads as the universe's prologue: Part 1 closed out on 16 February 2023 with the "Kiana" version and is fully free, a complete single-player run through Kiana, Mei and the lunar showdown.
B-Chips and Crystals: two separate currencies, not a Genshin clone
HI3 handles its dual currency differently from Genshin: premium B-Chips and the summon currency Crystals are kept fully apart, with no built-in conversion between them in either direction. B-Chips is the paid balance ā you cannot farm it, it never drops from quests or events, it only comes from real-money purchases. B-Chips buy the Battle Pass, exclusive Battlesuit outfits, seasonal packs and bundles that include Crystals. Crystals is the summon-and-shop currency: 280 Crystals for one pull, 2,800 for ten. Crystals are earned in-game from chapters, events and modes, and are also sold as a separate SKU in the catalogue. There is no two-way conversion between them: B-Chips can be spent on bundles that include Crystals, but you can never trade Crystals back into B-Chips. The in-game Crystal counter does not split paid and free, although only purchased Crystals count toward Top Up Bonuses.
Battlesuits and Valkyries: one hero, several forms
HI3 does not run a character gacha in the Genshin or Star Rail sense. The system is built around Battlesuits: a single Valkyrie (Kiana, Mei, Bronya, Himeko, Rita, Fu Hua) owns several distinct combat forms. Kiana alone has more than seven ā Knight Moonbeam, Valkyrie Ranger, Herrscher of the Void, Herrscher of Flamescion, Herrscher of Finality and others ā each with its own class, weapon and role. Some Battlesuits are linked through soul-link or Awakening: an upgraded form inherits part of the older suit's progression and cannot stand in the same team with it. Battlesuits are tiered B through SSS, with limited S-ranks running on Focused Supply banners. There is no classic 50/50 here: rate-up is direct, soft pity sets in around pull 75 and hard pity hits at 100. A separate Gear Focused Supply guarantees a 5-star weapon or stigma every 10 pulls, which makes the pull economy noticeably softer than in HI3's HoYoverse cousins.
Stigmata: three fixed slots, not random loot
If you are coming from Genshin's rolled-substat artefacts, HI3 gear works on a different principle. Stigmata are three named slots on every Battlesuit ā Top, Middle and Bottom. All three types are distinct, and each stigma is a hand-designed item with fixed stats and an active or passive skill tied to its slot. Sets are often named after historical and scientific figures ā Tesla, Newton, Marie Curie ā and grant 2-piece and 3-piece bonuses. A full 3-piece set is the usual meta target for a Battlesuit build. Stigmata come from dedicated equipment gacha banners, endgame modes and crafting; there is no random reroll on substats the way Genshin handles artefacts.
Endgame: Memorial Arena, Abyss and Elysian Realm
The standard HI3 endgame loop is three modes that unlock by Captain Level. Memorial Arena opens at Lv. 38 ā a server-wide leaderboard against fixed bosses with C/B/A/S/SS tiers and a separate Exalted Division for SSS-tier bosses; the cycle runs Tuesday 04:00 to Monday 02:00 GMT+8. Abyss, HI3's own take on the format (not to be confused with Genshin's Spiral Abyss), comes in several variations such as Q-Singularis and Dirac Sea, with small-group score races. Elysian Realm unlocks at Lv. 50 and is essentially a game inside the game: a roguelike featuring the Flame-Chasers of the Previous Era, with a Diverging Paths talent tree (Aegis, Wealth, Combat, Feast), Valkyrie Upgrades and a Remembrance Vessel. Most of the fine-tuning for Battlesuit builds, plus the ER-exclusive enhancements, runs through Elysian Realm ā and it is the reason many players keep the subscription active and steadily spend Crystals on Stamina refills.
Part 2 on Mars: Dreamseeker, Astral Ring and aerial combos
Part 1 closed with the "Kiana" version on 16 February 2023, and Part 2 launched on 29 February 2024 with a new lead, Dreamseeker. The action moves to a Mars "bubble" called Luoxing, with the cyberpunk metropolis of Oxia, the steampunk open-world city of Langqiu, the Seven Shus faction and the AstralOps support cast. Combat is rebuilt around free jumps, aerial combos and the new Astral Ring system, which replaces the old ELF mechanic when a Part 2 Battlesuit leads the team. AstralOp units such as Songque, Helia, Coralie and the 8.8 newcomer Bailu Youyun extend the support roster and are common Focused Supply targets. Running parallel is Captainverse, a separate event-driven storyline where the Captain ā the player ā is the named lead. Captainverse is a side continuity rather than part of the Part 1 or Part 2 main arc.
Monthly Crystal Card: 3,130 Crystals per cycle
The Monthly Crystal Card is the HI3 take on Genshin's Welkin Moon, but the maths is its own. Activation drops 330 Crystals on the spot. Each day after that, logging into the game pays out 60 Crystals through the in-game mail, and on the 15th claim the card unlocks a one-off 500-Crystal milestone bonus. Across a full cycle that adds up to 330 + 60 x 30 + 500 = 3,130 Crystals, which is roughly 11 Focused Supply pulls if you funnel the subscription straight into the banner. The card earns out its cost over an active play rotation. HoYoverse occasionally runs a Double Monthly Card event that doubles the daily payout to 120 Crystals ā worth tracking before a patch with a Battlesuit you want. The only condition is logging in each day to claim the mail; missed days do not roll over.
Battle Pass: Vanguard, Knight, Paladin
HI3's Battle Pass runs on three tiers rather than the two used in Genshin or Star Rail. The free Vanguard tier is open to everyone and covers the base reward line. The paid Knight tier costs 600 B-Chips and unlocks the premium track with Crystals, Asterite (the weapon levelling currency), materials and seasonal content. The premium Paladin tier is 1,280 B-Chips outright, or a 1,000 B-Chip upgrade if Knight is already active, and adds extra rewards, accelerated track progression and exclusive cosmetics. Each pass runs for one season ā usually aligned with a version patch ā and Battle Pass is one of the main reasons to keep B-Chips on the account: an active player clears it comfortably, and missing the seasonal rewards without the premium tier stings.
Asia server, UID and paying from regions with limited card support
HI3 has no Russian-language interface on any server, and there is no dedicated CIS region ā Asia is simply where the Russian-speaking community settled by convention. The Asia client lives at honkaiimpact3.hoyoverse.com/asia/en-us and runs on Android and PC only (Steam does not service Asia), with UI options in Simplified Chinese, English, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese on a GMT+8 schedule. The UID is visible from the main menu when you tap the Captain avatar ā a numeric ID that does not change and is locked to the region; you cannot migrate an account between Asia and Global. For players in regions where the official store has limited card support, third-party UID-based top-ups are the standard route, since the official HoYoverse Top-Up Center has not accepted those cards since March 2022. B-Chips, Crystals and the Monthly Card all deliver to the Asia account without ever asking for the login or password.
The first-purchase x2 bonus in 2026
The x2 first-purchase bonus on every B-Chips denomination is a HoYoverse-side mechanic: buy 330 B-Chips for the first time and 660 land on the account. The bonus fires once per denomination and is tied to the UID. One detail to keep in mind: since July 2024, after Version 7.6, HoYoverse temporarily disabled the doubler in the official Top-Up Center because of a display bug, and as of May 2026 the function there is still flagged as "temporarily removed". Inside the game the in-game recharge keeps doubling, and so do third-party top-ups ā because the bonus is granted by miHoYo's own server logic when it is active for the pack and the player. The accurate phrasing is: the doubler fires on the game side automatically when it is active for a denomination and a UID, not "works 100% of the time".

Adjacent HoYoverse projects and genre neighbours
- Honkai: Star Rail ā HI3's direct narrative successor in the Honkai universe, a turn-based RPG with Oneiric Shards and the same UID top-up flow.
- Genshin Impact ā originally drafted as "Honkai 4th"; Genesis Crystals, Primogems and Welkin Moon work on a different economy than B-Chips and Crystals.
- Zenless Zone Zero ā HoYoverse's third active title, an urban action gacha with Monochrome/Polychrome and the Inter-Knot Membership subscription.
- Punishing: Gray Raven ā Kuro Games' 3D action gacha and the closest gameplay analogue to HI3 in terms of combat and S-rank rotations.
The Brawl Games catalogue covers B-Chips from 30 to 6,600, Crystals from 65 to 6,600 and the Monthly Card subscription for Honkai Impact 3rd on the Asia server. Checkout takes the Asia-account UID; payment is accepted from regions where the official store has limited card support. The on-site chat handles questions about the account region, the first-purchase doubler or the subscription before you place the order.
